 Tessa Larner, Anaconda Welfare Officer

Tessa works as a Speech and Language Therapist in Independent practice. She currently works with children aged 2 years to 11 years old who have many different speech language and communication needs.

She practices in schools, both with children who have EHCP’s (as part of their plan) as well as with other children individually and in runs early intervention language and social skills groups. She liaises closely with teachers to support the children she works with and helps prepare children for increasing academic pressure. Tessa provides direct intervention for children as well as advice and training for teachers, SENCOs, parents and key workers. Tessa has five children all of whom swam with the club; her youngest is currently in Development Squad.
