Anaconda SC sent 77 swimmers to Northolt Leisure Centre to compete against a high standard of competition in the Ealing Christmas Last Chance County Qualifier and the squad came away with an impressive haul of personal bests and medals to show for their efforts.

226 PB’s were achieved and 64 medals won, 18 gold, 18 silver and 28 bronze over the two days. Add to that the 9 swimmers who broke 17 club records resulted in a good weekend for the club.

Head Coach Wayne Lock said “I’m really pleased with the consistency of improvements our club is making. There is a buzz of positivity that echoes throughout and the swimmers deserve their hard earned success.”

Well done to every swimmer who took part and gave 100% throughout, you were a credit to the club as always.
